We honour Steve Hartwig who proudly served our country in the former Yugoslavia. He suffered injuries when his armored personal carrier was hit by a mine. Years after his return, Steve was accompanied by one other and walked across Canada to bring attention to soldiers returning home suffering from PTSD. We thank you Steve. Your name will always be proudly displayed in our dojo wall as our first generation of black belts.
